Jack Casady Bass Bridge Saddles

Need help urgently! Anyone knows where I can place an order for a saddle from a jack casady bass tailpiece/bridge? Lost it while transporting the bass without strings and did not secure the tailpiece and saddles. Pls help. I have a show this coming 4th December.

I haven't looked at the prices, but don't be too upset

if you hafta buy the whole bridge piece. Usually whole

assemblies of that sort don't cost much more than one

of their small component parts. This is cuz most of the

cost isn't really the item itself, which doesn't cost much

to make. Most of what you pay for is inventorying and

managing the parts department.

 

Time is short. Buy whatever is avaialble or secure the

use of a substitute bass.

Where can I find the whole bridge set?

Try Guitar Parts. They may have what you need. I picked up a set of metal saddles to replace the plastic ones on my EB-2 from them. Yeah, I saved the original plastic ones, so you purists can relax now.

Thanks Goalee, Gibson also just replied and gave me the part number for the bridge and said to order it from their dealer. Alas, I will also heed your advice.
