veeman
I thought a poll should be had for the second most popular 50's tribute. Show them if you got em.
Mr. Natural
Veeman, that is a VERY NICE LOOKING guitar.
HeadCase
I gots one... It looks pretty much like the one above. (Sorry, no time to photo or post pics) I like it so much that I sold my rosewood necked PRS McCarty Soapbar ($2100.00) cuz it just didn't sound, play or feel as good as my HoneyBurst Tribute. Beautiful guitar, but it failed my "head to head test". Bye, bye... It's gone on to fund my next "got to have"...

Stig
On another forum I'm in, a few people have bought these, and sold them not too much later. They're gorgeous, but the people I know said they just didn't bond with them for some reason.
veeman
Thats the choice we all make with every thing we buy. I'm bonding quite nicely with mine.

T Bone
Now 5. Missed this thread while I was concentrating on work. Mine is a pre-flood model, I lucked out seeing it referenced here on the Forum by another Member who bought it's twin where it was sitting in Sam Ash's warehouse just before Gibson resumed production after the flood. No new pics, but Linda Lu deserves to be seen in this thread. Here she is with GT #1.

Eracer_Team
Why would it be the 2nd best finish? I think that finish beats all others (sorry goldtops..)
T Bone
Why would it be the 2nd best finish? I think that finish beats all others (sorry goldtops..) Actually he said second most popular. And he's correct (evidenced by it's selling out second, behind the Gold Tops, but before the others, in nearly every retailer who listed availability online). And I can understand it being your favorite. It's really nice!
craigh
I just got one Sunday. She's a great guitar. In close enough for rock tuning right out of the box. Found a sweet tone with a Vox Night Train. I promise, I'll take pictures soon. I'm busy playing her. Craig
Jack Dotson
No pictures yet, but got one a couple of weeks ago. I bonded with mine immediately and it might just be my favorite guitar ever and I've had a bunch.
Shockwarrior
I was too worried about buying a burst type finish in case I got a 3 piece top or something like that. Aside from that once you have a few white and black guitars you get over those colors quick. So I went gold. But the honey looks as good as the gold.
