pino0105
Hi, I own a Les Paul Robot and I am looking for the set up specifications. I would like to know the bridge settings, pick up heights, string heights, neck adjustments... etc.. Can one of you help out? Thanks Pino
daveinspain
Why? Is something not right? I wouldn't touch anything.... Mine came perfect right out of the box. Just get a tape measure and make note of all the measurements you want to know. I guess it not a bad idea to have that info incase you need to readjust in the future. I'm going to do that with mine... Please post pics :-)
pino0105
Hi, well thats the problem, I got it in December and I already played a lot with it live and on rehearsals and i did not write down the measurements.. But I think it's not to late... Thanx Pino http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=28224&l=91869&id=627794654
niemepet
I have also wondered about Robot setup. My Robot strings were "sky high" and I took those down from the bridge. Also I had to check neck curve, intonation etc. (as normal way of guitar setup). But the 6th string is buzzing from the 7th fret and above. Now I'm changing the guitar to another brand, because I cannot stand this kind of "feature" in the guitar on this price category.
littlekenny
wow dude, nice chops! If you want to know what the factory specs are for heights and such your best bet would be to call or e-mail gibson directly. Also if there is a problem with your set-up why not just take it to a good luthier/tech and have him set it up how you want it.
