damian Posted December 13, 2010 Share Posted December 13, 2010 SLASHTONE; You need a singer who thinks that he's a singer who also happens to wear a dress and Victoria Secret stuff both on and off stage..You also need a drummer who loves booze and bad substances..And a bass player who does not know how to play bass with any number of fingers...Then you need a rhythm guitarist who's smart enough to quit the band and go solo...Then you gotta do booze and bad substances yourself, date porn stars, wear a funny hat, wear sunglasses to look cool, chainsmoke 24/7, stumble around on-stage, write good songs and add SLASHTONE, have a luthier make a fake Gibson Les Paul copy 'cause you don't wanna buy the real thing, modify a Marshall by spilling Jack Daniels into it until it fizzles with SLASHTONE, quit your band and blame it on a singer who wears dresses and still claims to be a singer, start a new band with has-beens from a band called Guns and Roses, chainsmoke more, etc. etc.etc.......But the first secret to SLASHTONE is not to talk about SLASHTONE....... ( In reality, Slash really is a very nice and down to earth guy. ) I also gotta say; in reality, creating SLASHTONE is about the easiest tone to recreate; go figure.......
