questions about the plain top 1960 vos

i recently went to try out some LPs > seems like once you have one you want another and another> well i recently tried out the 1960 vos plain top in a tabacco sunburst> does anyone know if these vos' have the cts pots and bumblebee caps> also do they come with the gibson care kit and all the goodies? i appreciate the feedback> the prices seem pretty resonable > around $2999 > also if there is anywhere i could get one for a better price please let me know> thanks guys > to all the les paul owners who rock.... i salute you>

I just bought a GO recently and I love it! It comes with bumblebee caps or so it says. I have read in several places that these are not paper in oil caps like the original bumble bees were. Im not to sure about the pots. I would be interested to know that as well since I am thinking about upgrading the pots and caps in my guitar.

turtle, so you played a GO at Guitar Center?

Same guitar as a R8, just with a thinner neck.

sweet i like the guitar alot> the 58 i tried there just didnt feel right > i love the neck on both actually> yes it was at guitar center> i just want to make sure the quality of the guitar meets the one of the 58 > the 58 is a little more $$ but if its a better guitar i will wait for one i like> i tried a 57 goldtop that was sooooo nice > did you know that the face of the headstock with the logo was wood not plastic on the vos' > i wonder about the G0 model> its hard to get a response from gibson because its guitar centers model i guess so although my questions might seem dumb i just want to make sure im getting what im getting> also the 60's tobacco burst seems more red and no dark line around the back of the guitar>
