Unknown Gibson, Help?

Hi guys

Was just wondering if anyone on here would be able to help me find out what this guitar is, been trying to track one down but its proving to be hard when I don't actually know what it is.

Looks like a Gibson Hawk (Also called "The Hawk" on the truss rod cover), I think these were a shortlived late 90s predecessor to the Blues Hawk and Nighthawk series, although with solid bodies and not as adventurous pickup combinations. I haven't, however, seen one like that with a P90 in the neck, perhaps it was modded? There was a Hawk on Ebay recently, 2 humbuckers (I'm guessing 490/498s maybe), it had a headstock-break repair (functional but not great-looking, in need of a refinishing.) It started at $250, had a $350 Buy It Now, but it ended without a single bid. I felt sorry for it and kinda wanted it myself actually, wish I could've afforded it at the time.

Thanks for the info, I just found it on the Gibson website, called a Nighthawk, now I just have to find one somewhere around, could be a tough one but should be worth it.
