BigKahune Posted January 4, 2011 Posted January 4, 2011 Well gosh dang and ding dong, that was some sweeta$$ pickin.
TommyK Posted January 5, 2011 Posted January 5, 2011 thanks ol' fred. That is a good skill to know. Whenever you get a Bluegrass gig, if you can play like the whole band you don't have to split the pay so many ways.... 'course zero devided by 1 is still one ain't it? Gonna have to play several of them one man gigs to pay for a new set of guit tar strangs.
Em@rel Posted January 6, 2011 Posted January 6, 2011 That was brilliant..she can make what looks like a classical guitar sound like a double bass and a banjo !...amazing.
Duende Posted January 6, 2011 Posted January 6, 2011 That was so cool seeing the nylon guitar used in that style. What a lovely tone she produced too! Matt
ol fred Posted January 6, 2011 Author Posted January 6, 2011 If you think she's good at bluegrass, check out this session with Juber and Keaggy. This woman is amazing. Chet, calls her one of the guitarists of all time. Double click the icon and check out the rest of her YouTube posts.
Daryl M Posted January 12, 2011 Posted January 12, 2011 Yea, that's great. I don't see her often mentioned on the list of great guitarists, but she should be.
