Is this Gibson on eBay a fake?

There are so many contradictions in the description and the seller's answers to questions:

and it's a bad fake at that.

 

there is more than one guitar in the pics!

 

he is selling it regretfully because he needs money, horsecrap he has three of them for sale right now

they actually posted a pic of a real one in the

Sheesh someone should tell these people to stop bidding! And they have the nerve to post a photo of the actual 59 and you can see its not the same guitar they're trying to sell.

cant contact the bidders theyre buying a lemon. Not after ebay put private bidders as the norm.

I (as well as several of my friends) have reported it to eBay but of course eBay does nothing.

I asked the seller the following;

 

Why does the description with photograph look different to the actual guitar you are selling?

For example your guitar has a 3 x screw fixed truss rod cover and different tuners.

 

The reply is;

 

which photo do u mean?

I am amazed that the someone is prepared to pay for this fake! It only takes a few clicks to figure out it is a fake.

The listing's been deleted. Wonder if eBay did that or the seller got cold feet. I hope someone didn't offer him the 3000 he wanted.

I guess people that are bidding on that one deserve to buy it and find out it is a fake afterwards... 'cause if they dont ever find out they will die thinking they made the deal of their life, and that would be unfair.

 

Im sick of this guys... thinking they can get a real guitar for less than 1/4 of the price... what are we then... morrons?
