Lots of talk about these on the epi forum, have to say they look very good and quality woods in the manufacturing. nice touch having the ebony fretboard. I would seriously consider one.[thumbup]

Oh, quit your whining. It's the affordability and concomitant volume of these lower price point guitars that keeps the company as a whole viable. Without them, Gibsons would probably not be made. Or, if they were, a four figure price would be a pipe dream.

 

I would, however, like to see more historic Epiphone specific, solid body guitars made, like the Scroll. The Wilshire was a step in the right direction.

dare i say it but the more i read over the specs.. the more i prefer the epi!!

No doubt.

Poplar vs. Mahogany

Rosewood vs. Ebony

Standard vs. Custom

 

The only thing I like better about the Gibson are the AAA maple tops.
