Here in Panama, Central America there is a city called ARRAIJAN. Its called like this beacuse when the North American soldiers lived here, specially in that aera, they had a sign that said ¨A RIGHT HAND¨.

now that is funny!

Exactly. Try Galveston where I lived for 4 years. Look up heat and humidity and you'll see a map of the Houston bay! That's why I now live on the CA coast, had enough of that but AR was a great place to grow up.

Clinton is near Nail, AR and not too far from Ozone.

ARRAIJAN, isn't that right down the road from ALLEFJAN, Panama? [biggrin]

Yes, across from ... JUERSMAIJED... lol

One of my best friends lives there! It's got a Laurel ZIP Code.

The Applied Physics Lab is on Scaggsville, but they use a Laurel zip code too. I think a lot of places there do that for obvious reasons...

Or;

There's a street in Ashland, VA named "Licking Hole Road." Can't keep the street sign in place.

Joe, Montana.

As I recall, it's a town of about 50 people who actually voted years ago to rename the town in honor of, you guessed it, NFL Quarterback Joe Montana! Gotta love folks with a sense of humor like that! [biggrin]

Toad Suck, Montana...

That's got a nice ring to it. [tongue]
