Dude, it is like an actual sig model with totally different specs and affordable? That's awesome. I want more affordable P90 guitars for myself though
mcmurray Posted January 14, 2011 Author Posted January 14, 2011 where can I see it and get info on it? Im very interested It should be up on Gibson.com soon.
jnastynebr Posted January 14, 2011 Posted January 14, 2011 Cant wait. This git has some real potential.
LarryUK Posted January 15, 2011 Posted January 15, 2011 The artist must make money on them. How else could they justify the price hike? I can't believe the price of the 'Beano'. A guitar 'based' on a guitar he had over 20 years ago. He'd be lucky to remember it at all. I can almost see the point in some of them (Slash etc) but this just a VOS surely and to charge 10k for a signature on it is stupid.
Silenced Fred Posted January 15, 2011 Posted January 15, 2011 The Blue and Green studios look yucky I'm interested in the black LP on the right. A p90 in the neck and humbucker in the bridge? Fred likes
Riffster Posted January 15, 2011 Posted January 15, 2011 I am sure this particular model will be issued but gotta be careful with stuff on NAMM, some items never make it to production. I suggested Henry in his forum to make a Les Paul XL based on the dimensions and specs of the Buckethead LP but with standard colors and electronics, that would make a killer LP. I still hope Gibson does it.
GIANTRobOT42O Posted January 15, 2011 Posted January 15, 2011 This is awesome news fo sho! I wonder what the differences are from the original?

Silenced Fred Posted January 16, 2011 Posted January 16, 2011 If she comes with the guitar, I'll take two
mcmurray Posted January 16, 2011 Author Posted January 16, 2011 I remember when the Dethklok sig was announced - in 2009. It's about time they actually built the bloody thing. I like it.
