jwgreg Posted June 28, 2011 Share Posted June 28, 2011 I recently picked up the Cherry Burst version of this guitar. Love the P90's but I'm a little disappointed in the setup. They guys at GC told me that the guitar had been PLEKKED but I kind of doubt it. The only info I can find is on the Gibson site it says that they use the PLEK machine to set up the nut but it doesn't say anything about the frets. I have an SG that has the full PLEK job from the factory and it plays like a dream. Like the LP, it has the slip 60's neck. Anyone have the scoop on the setup from the factory.
