Here's some great songs you still might here on local radio in my area but probably nowhere else. These songs are better than many of the ones getting played on classic rock stations around the country. Give em' a listen, I think you'll like them.

This song gets played a lot in the Bay Area and here in Santa Barbara. I've always loved this song. I wondered what he played the solo on and now I know - a cherry red 335. Solo starts at 1:53. Maybe it's a 1960?!

I don't think most of the footage though is from Northern California, looks more like Southern plus I don't think I've ever seen a surfer on Ocean beach in San Francisco without a full body wet suit!

We had a few bands from the Minneapolis area that were worth checking out.( No, Prince wasn't the only one lol)

Mostly big in the 80's.
