I thought he was great [thumbup] ... and easy to watch.... I didn't cringe once. [confused]

It's not too often these days a comedian walks on stage without cursing through half of his act..... Comedians that constantly curse bore me

never seen his standup have you? [biggrin]

he's a funny dude. but then again, i laughed myself silly when Russell Brand called President Bush a "retard cowboy."

ps Damian and anyone else interested int his piece of trivia

did you know that Sacha Baron Cohen (Borat in the clip) has a cousin Simon, who is a leading Dr who specialises in research into autism. He is just as famous in the world of autistic research. Sacha, like Simon, is also an Oxbridge graduate too http://en.wikipedia....mon_Baron-Cohen

also his brother is a well known composer too! That bit was news to me and the entire family appear to be extremely talented and well educated http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Erran_Baron_Cohen

I agree Duane. That is why I love things like The old Pink Panther films.

Did you know - re not swearing in stand up - that a once quite foul mouthed (and funny) Frank Skinner experimented a few years back doing exactly the same routine, but minus any swearing. He was amazed the laughs were the same (and in some cases more) So now he very, very seldom swears.

He does discuss being an older man and it being morally wrong to looks at girls in the twenties a recommend the use of 'Granny porn', but he doesn't swear msp_biggrin.gif
