I have seen a ton of local shows and no one here will know the bands so I'll just list national acts

Sloan - At least 5 times since they got back together after the One Chord album. You lose count after a while.

Guided By Voices - 4 times and all of them were with the original lineup that included Tobin Sprout and Mitch Mitchell. Reunion show in Chicago last year sold out before I could get tickets [cursing] . One of the greatest rock bands of the nineties. If you do not know them you need to get wise to their catalog.

A lot of other bands I have seen 3 times - Helmet, RATM, Wilco, Brian Jonestown Massacre, the Dandy Warhols, and Stephen Malkmus & the Jicks, ...And you will know us by the trail of dead, Spoon, Ted Leo and Pharmacists, Sonic Youth, Poster Children, etc.

The only bands I've seen multiple times have been small local bands

Once you are twenty one and have a place in the city a whole new world of shows will open up.
