TommyK Posted January 31, 2011 Posted January 31, 2011 So I'm sitting the the pew next to my wife and I look up at the music ministers preparing for another song. Heretofore, the lead guitarist plays a round hole Ovation something or other. However, for this song, the lead music minister grabs a different guitar. I >GASP< . My wife asks, "Has the spirit touched you?" "No," I say, "It's Gibson B45-12... bursted." She rolls her eyes. He had a sound hole pick-up. As God as my witness, I firmly believe that the angels in heaven are not strumming harps, but rather, B45-12s. Sweet. They sang a Ray Boltz tune "The Anchor Holds."
BigKahune Posted January 31, 2011 Posted January 31, 2011 . You've been doubly blessed - by a 12-string . and . a Gibson. B)
E-minor7 Posted January 31, 2011 Posted January 31, 2011 Geeeze, what a beautiful situation. Those 12 strings must have represented the disciples. "No," I say, "It's Gibson B45-12... bursted." Great wife - good fun, , , no doubt you're right about the angels. . .
