Was Dave Evans, the first singer of ACDC before Bon Scott, also the same Dave Evans that appeared on some of the Jethro Tull records?

i made a mistake, i know ian anderson is the singer and flute player but i screwed up on the evans link.... it was actually John Evan AND Dave palmer.. i had the names jumbled in my head and of course then made a connection with acdc.. my apologies for confusion

I know the band are old but hell this is mad huh.....lol....

Jethro Tull (30 March 1674 – 21 February 1741) was an English agricultural pioneer who helped bring about the British Agricultural Revolution. He perfected a horse-drawn seed drill in 1701 that economically sowed the seeds in neat rows, and later a horse-drawn hoe. Tull's methods were adopted by many large landowners, and they helped form the basis of modern agriculture.
