What would you like to see from Epiphone?

None of the above. I want Epiphone to get out of the copy business and make more original guitars. The Wilshires are a good start in the right direction. I am talking about solid body electric guitars since I really have no need for the hollow body electric and no use for an acoustic at all.

Long time no post. A G-400 with binding and correct beveling would be great.

Also, I'd love a 24 fret SG, body beveling and neck profile just like the Prophecy, with classic controls and inlays, binding and chrome hardware. Something like these:

I know I am rehashing the Explorer thing, but I would love for Epi to make a Thunderhorse Explorer!!

You know, Deathlok had announced back in 2007 they were working with Epiphone on a signature model and they even showed a prototype at the 2008 NAMM show (more like a Goth explorer with an elaborate neck inlay). So I was kind of surprised when the Thunderhorse came out and was Gibson only with no Epi version since it was Epiphone they'd initially said they were working with.

i think we need 2 or 3 more new zakk wylde models so we have a better selection to choose from ](*,) . and there is a goldtop with humbuckers. check my sig. the epi 57' reissue goldtop.

my vote is for an acoustic archtop, or a diablo sg. but i would LOVE a reissue of this [love]

An SG with P-90s (reverse wound), mahogany body and neck, conventional finishes (no "worn" finishes) including three-tone bursts, small pickguard, and slim-taper neck for $400.

Yeah, I'd go for one of those! [thumbup] Can they throw in a bound neck, too?

How about this? Include a hardshell case with every guitar that costs more than $500 and a gig bag with everything that costs less. I mean seriously, as it is now, you might as well make the price for the standard Casino $700 instead of $600. Who's going to buy a Casino and not buy a case for it? C'mon Epi.

A Les Paul DC in TV Yellow would be nice or the 57 Les paul Junior like they made a few years ago which were really great. Also I choose to play Epiphones because they are great guitars, more value for money than a Gibson. Even tho I can afford a Gibson I buy quality guitars and will NOT give in to Guitar snobberry.

I'd like to see them offer a round 50's neck profile as an option to the std, plus top and custom LPs. Kinda like what gibson did with the traditional plus top LPs.

I like the fatter necks, heck, I'd buy a custom and a std plain top in vintage burst right now if they offered em' with a 50's neck profile [thumbup]
