freak show
I just bought one of those old Protector cases, sometimes referred to as a "chainsaw case". I have heard that there was a problem with some of these cases, namely that the dye of the fur lining can cause discoloring on the guitar. I have another Protector case for my Custom, which has the orange fur, and this has never happened, but this case I just bought has blue fur, so that's my question: Has anyone ever had any bad experiences with a Protector case with blue fur? I've got one with red/burgundy fur, and i keep a white melody maker in it. Never had that problem either.

freak show
Hmmm...one relevant answer to my question in 24 hours. LOL, I guess I should have known better than to expect to get any information about Gibson products in the Gibson lounge.
