neilpanda
So are we for the most part a bunch of old farts or are there this many youngsters here with good taste? Its a mix of both, but I would call them old farts, I call them the lucky guys that got to live it.
LarryUK
I've been listening more and more of my music as the tv and radio over here gets worse. The radio is dreadful. I've just bought a 5cd set of Foreigner. Lou Gramme was a great vocalist. Mick Jones is ok, but not a great guitarist at all. BUT they worked well together! What has happened to the good rock music? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fZL24n5sXaU

ChanMan
Today it was '80s Hair Metal on the satellite while I made beer cheese soup. 4 gallons of it. Is it wrong to listen to hair metal while making medieval food? Hmmm.... Yesterday it was Jethro Tulls "Heavy Horses". Riffster
Death Magnetic, 5 LPs, 45 RPMs, 180 Gram Vinyl...one song per side. It was a gift...overkill but damned if it sounds great. What compression?
ChanMan
Today it's been Sirius Radio's Hair Nation again as I baked mushroom cheese turnovers. Gypsy Rose, House of Broken Love, I Saw Red... FINE tunes, some I've not heard in many years....

nikko18
I've been into electronic stuff a lot lately, so I am currently listening to this. It's actually really cool if you have a good sound system, especially if you crank it up to the point where it actually shakes your floor and you can feel the music literally reverberating http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=swcDeoZR0E8 through your body.
