So as to not fan the flames on the board, I'll send you a PM. Currently the Wisconsin State government, located in Madison has a vote before them which would end collective bargaining for unionized, Wisconsin State employees. The employees are up in arms, marching on the state capitol, Madison. A number of State legislators have skipped the state in order to block the vote. Reports say they are holed up in a fancy hotel just south of the border in Rockford, Illinois, just beyond the reach of the Wisconsin jean-de-arms. If they are caught within the state of Wisconsin, the State's Police have orders to apprehend, and 'escort' them to Madison so they can vote. No word as to whether they can be extradited out of Illinois, back to Madison, Wisconsin. Similar legislation is being considered in the state capitols of Columbus, Ohio and Indianapolis, Indiana. This is due to the massive budget deficits in those states. While other states have financial woes, they have handled it differently. Not better, not worse, just differently.
