bjb5228
Sorry for the super random playing. I felt like figuring out how to make a video that didn't use a computer mic for recording like some videos out there. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D3pTM1-x37Q

bjb5228
I had to record in garageband while taking the video, then putting the sound over the video file. I should probably just get a better video recording program...

heyhey
That sounds very, very nice! It sounds just like my '07 AJ. I just put new strings on mine and adjusted it a bit due to the weather, and I'm falling in love with it again. They're amazing guitars. Cheers, Chris

bjb5228
thanks, nothing beats new strings. I used an mxl 990 to record it. It's not the best mic but it gets the job done

It's almost like getting a new guitar all over again I know there's some on here who prefer dead strings, but to each his own

bjb5228
I usually get Elixers, but the local guitar shop here was talking up John Pearse strings so I gave them a try. I'm not sure what I think yet
GotTheSilver
Sounds great! A lot like my 2008 AJ, which I love. As for strings, I used to like strings to be a bit aged. Hated new strings. That is starting to change. I still do not like them fresh out of the package, but after a day or two they sound good. I used to not like them until they were at least a week old.
