LarryUK Posted March 8, 2011 Posted March 8, 2011 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zirxFoLuY3c&feature=related Was this the best comedy ever? It has to be. I love Al Bundy. Peggy was hot! Do you young 'uns know what it is?
jnastynebr Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 Best comedy series of all time is Arrested Development.
Mr. Natural Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zirxFoLuY3c&feature=related Was this the best comedy ever? It has to be. I love Al Bundy. Peggy was hot! Do you young 'uns know what it is? Peg was indeed hot.
Hydra26 Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 1) Man, I miss that show 2) I did think Peg was hot as well 3) Favorite Al Bundy Quote: "Oh my God...... I CAN'T WAKE UP!" I was pretty stoked when they had that episode with Anthraz as guest stars, was right after the Persistence of Time album came out, I think.
saturn Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 I used to love the show when it was on regular. But I've tried to watch the re-runs lately and don't seem to be able to get into them as much.
LarryUK Posted March 9, 2011 Author Posted March 9, 2011 I watched the reunion on You Tube last night. It's my type of humour. I think I'm 'AL'!
saturn Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 One of my all time favorite lines, because it hit so close to home: Al comes into the bedroom where Peg is lying in bed and asks "Are you asleep?". Peg says "Oh honey, you know I can't sleep unless my knee is in your back."
Daryl M Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 "This is the lowest thing I ever did....ok, it's the lowest thing I ever did for money....ok, it's the lowest thing I ever did for money that I didn't enjoy." -Kelly Bundy
S t e v e Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 we love this show in the joshlay household!, my missus says i'm just like al bundy , christina applegate was/is my guilty plessure
Big Bill Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 christina applegate was/is my guilty plessure What have you done!
LarryUK Posted March 9, 2011 Author Posted March 9, 2011 christina applegate was/is my guilty plessure At least it's not Bud!
grampa Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 christina applegate was/is my guilty plessure I used to watch the show long enough to see her appear in whatever skimpy little bit of "clothing" she might be wearing. But Peg was indeed the hot one. I never understood why Ted was always so averse to having sex with her. That was the unrealistic part.
Diego the guy Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 i like that show. one sunday i spent all day watching it on tv land.
saturn Posted March 10, 2011 Posted March 10, 2011 I used to watch the show long enough to see her appear in whatever skimpy little bit of "clothing" she might be wearing. But Peg was indeed the hot one. I never understood why Ted was always so averse to having sex with her. That was the unrealistic part. Not to pick on you, but I think you meant "Al". Ted Bundy was a serial killer.
LarryUK Posted March 10, 2011 Author Posted March 10, 2011 I think the 'Peg and Al' sex thing was a bit of a twist. In real life it's the other way round. The women don't and the men do. You can also have too much of a good thing. They should make some more.
grampa Posted March 10, 2011 Posted March 10, 2011 Not to pick on you, but I think you meant "Al". Ted Bundy was a serial killer. Oops.
Artie Owl Posted March 10, 2011 Posted March 10, 2011 Granted; MTV has some serious crap shows. BUT they gave us Beavis and Butthead, which if you appreciate comedy you should appreciate what Mike Judge was doing with it. They also gave us Jackass, which is still one of my favourite light hearted stupid shows ever.

Big Bill Posted March 10, 2011 Posted March 10, 2011 I was looking forward to reading it for a third time.
rocketman Posted March 11, 2011 Posted March 11, 2011 Great show! I never missed an episode. My favorite line by Al was "Expired driver's license. Why can't a marriage license do that?"
