Just quick question,

preparing for winter, and heaters etc - i got a few dampits...

it comes with a plastic soundhole cover and string to dangle it in the guitar.

all the guitars i was hoping to humidify have pickups installed, with wires hanging, batteries etc etc..

is it safe to let this thing hang in the guitar??

how do you use yours??

I switched to Oasis years ago and have never looked back.Pretty much guaranteed not to leak. I only use distilled water.

.

I forget who, but someone recently brought up the havoc caused by a leaking soundhole humidifier - finish damage etc.

I use Oasis also - never leaks - very easy to tell when it needs more distilled water - no holes, no leaks.

Here's the link - http://oasishumidifiers.com/index.html
