LarryUK
He's never got the fame and fortune he should have. I saw him years ago (late 70's)and 'boom boom down go the lights' was brilliant. He's well worth seeing if you can.

stickman
Pat certainly was bad-***. I havent seen him since 79 I think. I beleive he opened for Rush on their Hemispheres tour. My memory could be fuzzy however.
DB Cooper
Pat certainly was bad-***. I havent seen him since 79 I think. I beleive he opened for Rush on their Hemispheres tour. My memory could be fuzzy however. I saw the Pat Travers Band open for Foghat in '79 (they were on their Boogie Motel tour). Let's just say the PTB stole the show that night... saturn
I knew a guy who's band opened for him back in the early 80's. Said he was a total a**hole who treated everyone around him like sh!t! But yeah, he could definately rock.
FirstMeasure
"Snortin' Whiskey" is now my "Favorite Song For the Week"! It's one of those songs I've avoided learning so I could learn it later on. looks like that day has come
Andy R
Pat Thrall is often over looked as an excellent guitar player in this band too. Andy
