damian
thanks for giving a small bit of your time helping me :DD imma repay you someday :) ( when i become more knowledgeable than you >:) teehee ) and have you post somethin in youtube? if yes, may i see it? :DD I don't Bliss....My intention was to start posting vids, as I do a bit of internet guitar teaching, and the vids would help....I've been having a weird hard time setting up an account...I'm planning on setting up a live vid system via Skype, to help with my collabs; I co-write songs with musicians from England, Ireland, the US and eleswhere.. Skype is a natural progression to move forward, and be more efficient....So, no vids up yet.....Soon though...Bliss, I enjoy sharing what knowledge that I do know.. I spent years in the industry / business.....I left it for about six years, retired on disability, and am back doing music, art, and law as what I do; no more gigs or bands.. just recording.....I'm 48 now, and it suprises me how much I do know....Also, Bliss, it is AMAZING how much I learn on these forums from other members...The net is astounding......I'll be posting some of my demo work soon, not any finished music, I'll send you a private link.... Does the JVC have external audio input? It does, but it's not stereo....It also doesn't have a mike input, but, the sound of the tiny internal mikes are O.K. for U-Tube posting....When recorded properly... U-Tube dumbs down the vid quality anyways, so......There are ways to enhance the sound of vids posted, but, I haven't gotten that far yet....So much to learn.. I'm glad to be basically retired; I have no idea how I lived a life, worked, did family, and music......I don't know how folks do it now...So much effort and time... bliss :)
it nice that you had a great music career. livin' the dream. i would love to be living in some other countries, such as US and the like. here in the Philippines, even if you try so HARD, even if you're GREAT you won't earn that much money. when fans get sick and tired of you, then BOOM, the next thing you'd be doing is selling your guitars. you can't really rely on music career for a living. lemme put it this way, how poor the PH is at our current state. our family is above average and my Dad earns like less than $1000.00 for being an engineer. --> i may not be that good.... i may play bad... but one thing will never change... my passion for music. ------ @damian sorry for saying stupid stories LOL. and about the topic. but i want to use a MIC, i might look for ones in the mall when i get my AMP :) for the Video Camera, i think imma use the Cam at home In the mean time :) --> useless topic right now :))
damian
Good for you Bliss.......Most U.S. musicians don't make money from music either.........so, it's more universal than you think...... I'll give you some links to my music when I get them posted......Keep in touch, Damian.....

Yeah, no reason to get too over-the-top with audio quality if the only place it is going to land is youtube. Sounds like you are having a lot of fun- keep livin' it up!
