batwing
I bought this from japan recently. It seems to be a Japanese Sorrento. The neck is a little wider and flater than the Korean Sorrento's and the Japanese Casino's. Only info I can find is that it was build in 1991. It says ES930J on the orange label inside. Sounds very similar to my 80's Terada Casino and unplugged its fantastic. Anyone have any info on this model?

StijnV
Hi, The guitar looks original- please see the specs of the "normal" Sorrento attached. Is there any serial number on the label or on the headstock or neckplate maybe? Kind regards, Stijn
batwing
Thanks for that Stijn. Specs all match except the nut width is 1.72". The serial number on the label is 08277. Peter
dougg330
I've had 2 Korean-made Sorrentos and their necks are really narrow - definitely very different from yours. Beautiful guit, man. Hope you enjoy it. Why did I have 2 Sorrentos? Because after I sold off the first one, I missed it and and bought another a year later.
