brixa 3
Hi folks. Hope you can help me. I'm looking to get a truss rod wrench tool for my 2010 J45 Standard. Can someone advise on the size etc. Can I buy this from ebay or an ironmonger etc? I've done adjustments on my Ric and Martins, Epiphone's etc but most of these were simple alan key tools. I'm set up perfect at the moment but reckon I may need this by winter time. Any help appreciated.
guitarstrummer 503
It should be 5/16". Here are some sources but you can also buy a 5/16" nutdriver from your local hardware store that should work just fine. Just make sure it's a thin wall model, so it will fit into the truss rod nut cavity. http://www.stewmac.com/shop/Tools/Special_tools_for_Truss_rods/Pocket_Truss_Rod_Wrenches.html http://www.stewmac.com/shop/Tools/Special_tools_for_Truss_rods/Hex_Truss_Rod_Wrenches.html http://www.allparts.com/5-16-inch-Box-Wrench-p/lt-4216-000.htm
