Canadian Long and McQuade only Traditional faded Les Pauls in butterscotch burst

I was at Long & McQuade lastnight in Stratford, Ontario. They had one, I almost went home and grabbed my HCB Traditional and traded it in. Didn't play it though. I sooo want just a nice plain top :(

 

They also had a new Manhattan Blue in too. Almost looks black until you get close to it.

These are traditionals faded type so would be swiss cheesed. Actually a Honey-Burst

 

I have had many guitars. They all, to some degree, if the tuner showed a little out of tune variations you could hear it Especially my Epiphone Dot. I wanted to like that guitar a lot. The Les Paul sounds in tune all the way to the end of the set. Sure it might slip a little in tuning and the meter will show it when you check but it sounds good and intonated all the same. It is not offensive... must be the overtones and color of the sound.

 

They were apparently a run of 200 only for Long and McQuade Canada.
