Gibson101
The DIF might be a better looking guitar than the H'Bird....but not by much! Or not! That Koa is a special looking guitar and obviously beauty is in the eye of the beholder but the DIF is just too much dove for me. Your Koa guitar has got me wanting to search out an all Koa J-45. I'm surprised by just how different these two guitars actually are.

Aster1
Just to confirm the essential truth A Gretsch Duo Jet with Dynasonics Is a wonderful thing..... V That Caddy green front and the beautiful mahogany on the back w/ gold appointments, yeeessss!!! It almost doesn't even need to be played to sound good. Hope it gets here sometime soon. On the Dove, maybe dealers can still special order them from the custom shop, but you won't get any good guy prices on them I'd have to presume.
