Kineman Karma
Mine lives 99% of the time in the rhythm position. I just like warm tone. I use all three positions. What ever position at the time makes her howl for a particular track, that's what I am burnin!! Most favoured though is the treble...
sellen
overdrive and distortion - treble/middle Clean and some lead stuff distorted - neck/middle use the switch and volume and tone controlls on the guitar all the time. For rythm i alway back down the tone and volume just a little bit. Some day's i think it's fun to just experiment with sounds and settings on amp and guitar.

theForgottenCereal
My '65 Special spends almost all of its time in the middle position, with all knobs on 10 except the neck tone, at about 6.
Dallastx
All but I like the middle position the best.
This_Dying_Soul
I find it depends on the song. Most hard rock and metal I'll play in he treble position. For classic rock, I'll usually set the neck pickup volume so I have a nice clean tone; I'll use the middle position for rhythm and the treble for leads... unless I want a nice thick lead tone like Cream era Clapton, then I'll roll up the volume on the neck pickup.
