j45nick
MOP inlay. Maybe, but I don't know why the top edges would be rounded unless the boards were really worn down around the dots. It does appear to be separating into layers the way real MOP does. On a few ES models equipped with Bigsbys but also having the stud bridge recesses, I've seen dots set on the surface over the recesses instead of the "custom made" plate. Not saying that is what they are, but fretboard or bridge dots seems too obvious. How about a hint?
BluesKing777
They could be imitation MOP tuner buttons, or again, all that remains of a Martin X series that is too close to the barbecue... BluesKing777.

devellis
They look like pearl tuner buttons from a mandolin. They're pinker than the ones I've more commonly seen, though. I guess it would depend on the type of shell they came from.
E-minor7
These didn't belong in Elvis bedroom. Neither are they survived psychedelic tablets from the 1969 Isle of Wight fest or slices of the pink moon Nick Drake used to sing about. What we have here is 2 1940s Gibson BannerJ-45 pearl dot inlays (rather rosey if you ask me). Okay still too easy – Await a third challenge coming up soon !
