Zakk Wylde's Live & Loud LP

Watching my favourite Ozzy's live (L&L) I noticed that Zakk in Crazy Train's intro and other parts uses a very cool Gibson Les Paus Custom.

 

I couldn't find any info about that guitar in forums and sites.

Do you know if it is a special custom only for that live or something similar?

I read about The Grail, but it is not clear if it refers to this guitar or to a satin goldtop LP
