ne14t?
FIOS is the equalizer We dont get Verizon up here, technology is WAY to slow in Canada. Rogers is just building there first LTE (4G) cellphone network right now after upgrading just a couple years ago to the new version of 3G. This is assuming your talking about there fiber optic interwebs. But that shouldnt be an issue since we have a company dedicated DS-1 line here in my office, I will have to check when I get home if it dont work on that computer its YouTube and if it does work then I better stop looking at porn on my work computer! Technically they, and all other providers in North America aren't even close to what LTE was originally supposed to be. AT&T started straight up lying about their network calling a 3G+ network 4G instead, and instead of Verizon and Sprint busting them on it they all jumped in on it. So the international governing committee said, well instead of forcing them to print retractions, lets just alter our definition of 4G from just over 100 megabits per second to 42.4 megabits per second. Then LTE will replace the old 4G definition. Buncha Ponces. Like the CRTC; Pure Ponce.
Guest farnsbarns
Your fancy video card doesn't accelerate FLV, actually, you could argue that it us detrimental as high powered video acceleraters use more CPU time.

milod
Ain't noticed the problem on any of my PC type machines. Then too, if I like one, I download it and use an FLV player for it. Usually what I see and hear on the web is pretty much what I see and hear from the FLV player. m
