markwillplay
They just went up. This particular tune is fingerstyle, drop D. For all that have heard the studio version of these tunes...this is me playing solo at house concert. I think we got about 8 vids..fingerstyle, flatpickin, stum...you name it. PA is mackie 808S mic is Beta 87A pickup is mini pure, guitar is OJ reissue and one with the David White custom in open D This is where the rubber meets the road (with all due respect to studio recordings). Please listen to as many as you can (or want to) and pass along to anyone else you think may enjoy. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yy1xBw8oLDs&feature=BFa&list=ULgr3JgRbHrM0&index=11 here is my channel http://www.youtube.com/user/markwillplay1?feature=mhee

markwillplay
thanks, I thought folks here would be interested in how the OJ sounds plugged into a small but powerful PA and how the KK mini really does represent the tone. I think that these vids show that the flat picked stuff and strummed stuff sounds pretty darn good for plugged in acoustic. I guess I am really a KK mini pusher but I just think that pickup is the best you can buy for the money it costs. I have played that guitar through huge PA systems as well and always get good "plugged in" sound from it.
