Great song! Very heartfelt and I would assume.....introspective, as well? Sounds like you have the guitar/songwriting thing going on! You have been very prolific with new songs.... and thats a good thing [thumbup] !

That fresh Ashville-town air is good for you......and your creative spirit...Ha!

Especially when you can get "off the boat" with a new song... [laugh]

I like it. Like your singing and guitar playing (especially the double-time strumming rhythm you occasionally do in the song. Always liked when the early Bob Dylan did that double time strumming thing in his solo accompaniment...until he mysteriously just stopped doing it. Like your lyrics and music, too.

Thanks, everyone! Much obliged....

Karen--yes, I noticed a difference with the bone replacements - signficint increase in volume and sustain, which I would not have thought possible. Tonewise, it seemed a tad bright when I first got it home, but then I'd been away from it for 13 days [scared] and, with new strings, it was a matter of re-acclimating. I don't notice it anymore, but I might have to think "warm" before the next string change, if I feel brave and daring. I love the sustain, though--she's ringing out!

Rod--Asheville air is pretty sweet, that's for sure. Can't really explain the onset of this songwritin' stuff--I'll just keep drawing from the well until it runs dry (or my bucket breaks)! [crying]

MP and QM--thanks, thanks, thanks! O:)

I concur with others Anne, you have a real knack for songwriting, good dynamics, range, keeps the interest in for the whole song, which is really imortant. Like your strumming a lot, again very good dynamics and variances.

The Gibby sounds great ! Even on my crappy computer speakers I can hear great clarity and sustain, excellent cut through.

Can you come and play in our living room sometime .... ? :-)

Anne,

Great stuff as usual. As I said before....at this point I wouldn't expect anything less. Since I have serious doubts that EA will be leaving Prague anytime soon. You can play my CW, Just replaced the orig. pins with Pease Buffalo Horns. Catch is..........................You have to come to SANSJAM next year to play it !
