At what time (date/serial No.) did the original 1960 instruments recieve the 'Double-ring' Klusons, mirror top control knobs and the pigment-based cherry for the sunburst? Almost all of the (near thirty or so) guitars I've seen (unfortunately, only in photo's!) from '60 are still in '59 spec. Three or four had mirror knobs and only two had double ring tuners, although not all snaps showed the peghead. Hoping to see some light, Pippy.
