I have the Gibson Les Paul sunburst ancient slash and slash Gibson Les Paul gold top

 

I told my dealer that I'd get this number series of slash on the site gibson I would receive the gift

I never heard of having to register to get the case candy, should come with the guitar, especially if it's from the Custom Shop. Maybe it's different in Europe?

I know when I bought my ES-339 earlier this year, the COA wasn't included. The store had no idea that Yorkville Sound (the canadian distributor) was hanging on to all the COAs. Once the guitar was sold, the store had to request the COA and case candy.

 

Perhaps this is something similar where Gibson (or their european distributor) will only release these items to the original purchaser. They verify this by having you call in and register your guitar.
