the black is not bad...but the cream hardware came in the mail today, so by tonight it'll be gone.

You doing the whole package? Pup rings, toggle switch disc, pickguard and switch tip in creme? :-) Gold knobs?

Love your LP! I'm thinking about buying that exact same color myself. Please post some more pics when you change the hw to cream. thanks!

The guitar looks great!! I was thinking of putting a black pick guard, pick up rings and toggle switch on my Heritage Cheery Sunburst LP Classic. Where did you get the new hardware?

i started exploring the gibson world with a gibson explorer....and i started in the best way possible, i love my guitar

OK, to get the toggle switch ring off you have to unscrew the round fitting holding it down. I usually open up the back plate too so I have the toggle lined up perfectly when I tighten up the fitting again.

 

Neck and bridge pup rings are certainly different. I wouldn't get anything except for Gibson Original parts.
