AnneS
Something a tad different, perhaps. Well, maybe not so much.... Enjoy, if you've a mind to try the latest. Preacher Man Thx!
Nick Beach
Completely off topic, but if your in Asheville then I'm really close to you. I'm going to school at WCU. Good playing by the way.
sjl200
Very nice Anne. Ah Maple , I like the syrup it produces after the felling too.
MissouriPicker
I like this alot, Annie. I think it offers "food for thought" to people who are religious, but privately question just what the leader of their congregation represents. There's a a great deal of truth in the lyrics. I also like the intensity of the instrumental break between the lyrics. It builds higher and highter. This increases interest for the listener as it hints of something more to come. Nicely done. Yep, a bit different than most of your stuff, but still very folksy. Cool song.......The vocal could be a bit louder, or the guitar a little bit lower. Still, nicely done. BigKahune
. Hi Anne - It's Saturday morning and I'm just getting around to some of the videos I missed this past week. I like the interesting chording you chose. And I very much enjoyed the song and your performance.

AnneS
Once again, I thank you all for listening and those of you who took the time to respond. I truly appreciate your kindnesses. As I said on a recent post, though it is great fun to talk about our fabulous guitars and to drool over pictures (the 'burst pics always get me!), it is really awesome to share sound and vid clips. I 'preciate those of you who post your originals (and covers), so please keep 'em coming. To borrow the sign-off of an old Fort Worth truckin' dj, "Thanks for the use of the hall."
