charlie brown
Hey, it's all good..."Dad Rock," "Grandad Rock," "Tadpole Rock"...whatever. If you like it...that's (really) all that matters. ;>) Personally, I love the Blues, and Blues oriented "Rock," a lot. But, not to the exclusion, of other forms. Being a "child of the Sixties," diversity was (still is), the order of the day. CB

Being a "child of the Sixties," diversity was (still is), the order of the day. CB Swamp rock, hillbilly rock, psychobilly rock, hard-rocking head-banging rock, prog-rock, stoner-fuzzed-out-blues rock, country rock, southern country rock. I just love it all. Even, dare I say... rock ballads. It's all good. Hope you all find the time to listen to some this weekend. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MqqcRu70HiQ
charlie brown
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8wGU3sInI-o It "kills me," to see this (particular) video, as I used to own an ES-355 excactly like that! I have been kicking myself, for nearly 40 years, now, for selling it. I knew, even then, I'd live to regret it! But, I had stopped playing, altogether, and needed to finance my new "love,"...Photography, and took the proceeds, from that sale, to by my first Hasselblad. (Smile) At least now, I am lucky enough, to have a Gibson "Lucille!" A bit differnt, I know...but, same sound, basically. CB

FirstMeasure
Cool Tunes, but please, let's not lend credence to that Stupid Term. It's absolutely Lame and only serves to widen the Generation Gap with an Inflammatory non sequitur.
