LerxstLee
Well I finally received the correct trem arm for my AL-355 . Someone posted Gibson sent them one . I called four times and I was told each time to the effect that they do not send out replacements . I was not sure why they would not given I was sent an incorrect one . So to get my AL-355 one step closer to correct I shelled out $35.00 plus $7.00 to allparts . Makes me wonder why I have to pay another company this lame cash and time to get what was supposed to come with a $3700.00 guitar . Hey , I figured it out , stop wondering , and just act . I thought Customer service was there for that , yet when you can't get a cheap item from the makers of your instrument because it was wrong , it is another shot in the face to make gibson happy yet again . That would upset them to have to send me the correct one . /cheers Now " unbox " attach and play a few .
