LOL...Fred, I think drooling is an involuntary reaction of the body..I don't know how to control involuntary actions......after all they are pretty ladies!!! What can you do???
j45nick Posted November 3, 2011 Posted November 3, 2011 I'm OK, I'm just hyperventilating. Easy Gramps, that guitar porn ain't good for your ticker. Maybe I'll just take one more tiny little peek. What's the harm in that?
Morkolo Posted November 3, 2011 Posted November 3, 2011 I would love to see this old mandolin. Judging by the pictures the craftsmanship is second to none.
onewilyfool Posted November 3, 2011 Author Posted November 3, 2011 Check out that DECO butterfly on the mando!!!
onewilyfool Posted November 3, 2011 Author Posted November 3, 2011 Check out this Martin site by the same guy: http://www.vintagemartin.com/
MissouriPicker Posted November 3, 2011 Posted November 3, 2011 Both of the sites are great. Awesome instruments.

onewilyfool Posted November 5, 2011 Author Posted November 5, 2011 Mr. Gibs....in some basement or attic in your country, bought before the revolution, and stored untouched for many decades is a Martin or Gibson guitar just like these photos....your job, if you accept it, is to FIND THESE GUITARS!!!!!! Thanks for posting that... The Martins in the other site are gorgeous too .........
DMichaelG Posted November 5, 2011 Posted November 5, 2011 Thanks wiley for posting that site. I can barely speak without drooling WoW!

My dear distant friend, what you say above is impossible... These treasures you can find in coutries where to play on a metal string acoustic guitar is a tradition. Not the case in this poor country of mine. The fact that I am the first (and till now the sole!) owner of a Gibson SJ 200 in the country is very indicative of what I mean
jt Posted November 6, 2011 Posted November 6, 2011 These are the guitars of my friend good Robert Corwin. I've been x-raying (and playing) these guitars.
struma6 Posted November 6, 2011 Posted November 6, 2011 I just slipped in a drool puddle...who do I sue? Great site, thanks!!!
