Weird Gibson?

I had two of these pass through my hands in the late-70's, a blonde one and a cherry sunburst. They were great guitars, and in fact were the first thinlines I ever had, and started me on my hollow body journey. I wish I still had the sunburst, I don't even remember what happened to it, but I did run into the guy that bought the blonde one a few years ago. He didn't remember what he did with that one. Oh the 70's.

You can get some real cool tones out of this guitar, completely different than like a 335. My favorite was the neck pickup with the tone rolled completely off, for that "Santana Tone". I used this guitar for a lot of studio work back in the day.

If anyone has a chance to pick one of these up (they're not expensive, and were "cheap" guitars in the first place), I would highly recommend it.
