Trepid Posted November 7, 2011 Posted November 7, 2011 Hi...just bought a Flying V Korina Bass. I'm pretty sure it's an early 90's model...Here's my question..ALL the pics I have seen of these basses have the Epiphone logo on the head stock with a Gibson Truss rod cover. Mine does not have Epiphone on it anywhere! It does not appear to have altered in anyway....does this seem odd? Anybody know an explanantion for this? Thanks David

More pics would be helpful also! @RTH: I just noticed that the incorrect headstock is listed for the Flying V basses. Cheers,

eggs Posted November 8, 2011 Posted November 8, 2011 I found that info out on another site.....I was just curious as to why no Epiphone logo.....Thanks! Awww... that was my best 'party trick'... & I was just waiting for someone more knowledgeable than me to suggest why no Epi-logo This March 1999 Epi (Unsung) Flying V Bass certainly displayed the Epi-logo http://www.sheltonsguitars.com/2009/2-3-09/epiphone-flying-v-bass-2-3-09.html
