Korina Flying V Bass

Hi...just bought a Flying V Korina Bass. I'm pretty sure it's an early 90's model...Here's my question..ALL the pics I have seen of these basses have the Epiphone logo on the head stock with a Gibson Truss rod cover. Mine does not have Epiphone on it anywhere! It does not appear to have altered in anyway....does this seem odd? Anybody know an explanantion for this?

Thanks

David

Welcome David...

The following is compiled by two of our forum members, RTH & Sjael, & might be of some assistance...

Questions: What is written on your trussrod cover & what is the serial number of your bass?

More pics would be helpful also!

@RTH: I just noticed that the incorrect headstock is listed for the Flying V basses.

Cheers,
