Let's see: £700 is about $1115 - As R9 pointed out - more expensive than the MAP here in the States.

 

The seller has modded it with an SD 90 (~$95) in the bridge, and Foley aged knobs and switch tip ($32). Also the leads have been rewired so the pups out of phase (DIY). Does that make the seem more fair? That price is high by $250+, but the seller spent less than $150 in new parts.

Mods or not, that's an optimistic price for a used Tribute.

yeah that price is pretty fair for here in the UK £700 with the mods and its second hand. I personally woud expect to pay a little less
