My mechanic just told me I needed to have my muffler bearings replaced and my blinker fluid changed.

What it is, is an encabulator which runs faster and more efficiently due to the addition of a turbo charger. As opposed to the retroencabulator used to slow down the encabulator with a retro charger (somewhat like a reduction gear). While it slows down the machinery, it does impart the ability to encabulate with greater accuracy and in more detail.

 

It's in all the technical manuals.
