E-minor7
Okay then – Though I understand it is more or less allowed to modify classic lyrics, I'm not sure E-minor7 is the person to do it. I tried to play around a little and things went straight in the fence. See if you can guess which tunes I messed with here : A - Hey Mister Tangerine Man squeeze a fruit for me I am thirsty and I need a drop of orange-juice Hey Mister Tangerine Man squeeze a fruit for me in the jingle jangle morning I wan't health in my booze B - Simon sing along with Garfunkel take some words and chords and give them thoughts Praise the Lord I was always waiting for you 2 to re-record P&A P&A World is in need of your act today C - I can't get no - higher action I can't get no - higher action Though I try and I try and I try I can't get no - When I'm playing my guitar and that buzz comes from the second fret and it's tellin' me more and more about some hopeless situation caused by useless intonation I can't get no – no no no - - - - - - - - I told you - this is high risk territory ! TommyK
My wife recently mentioned she did not like the line, "firm feelin' women," either. So I'm thinking "Good Hearted Women," or, "Firm Minded Women." I prefer the former to the latter.
jrplefty
I'd forgotten about this post, and I really don't see anything wrong with a slight lyric change like you suggest. Now that you're back to playing GG, I would enjoy hearing a sound clip or two of your rendition if you have em layin' around
