Starting Date / serial number on 1982 about solid body / weight-relieved switch

Hi!

I'm negotiating to buy Les Paul Standard built on July 14th, 1982, I'ld like to known if this LP have "real solid body" without Weight-relief.

I read on many forum that from 1982/1983 every Gibson USA Les Paul is weight-relieved.

Can you tell me when did start change from solid body to weight-relieved about gibson Lp Standard ?

Have you some info about start-month in 1982 or Serial Number ?

It was around 1982/1983. I don't think anyone outside Gibson knows when for sure. I'll bet Gibson customer service couldn't even answer that question.

like a scandalous,their archives haven't this information.
