trying to confirm 1915? Gibson L-1

Hello all, newbie here

 

 

With my extensive knowledge of guitars (not) and fumbling fingers online, I have managed to make an educated guess on the date of this guitar but I would like to know for sure. I would appreciate any and all help from you good folks. Thanks! I originally mis-posted this query in Acoustic, before scrolling thru all the topics. I have photos if anyone is interested. One reason I place this in 1915 is the serial on the oval decal inside.............21xxx, if the Blue Book posted on this Gibson.com site is accurate.

According to Joe Spann's new Gibson book, S/N 21xxx would date the guitar to 1913. Would love to see some pix.
